With the entry into force of the new fire regulations of CTE DB-SI (Basic Document, Fire safety) all products on the market have to meet specific characteristics to prevent the devastation of fire. Each project has some specific needs in terms of use and Farran SL works with materials that are tailored for each specific case.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Records of facilities

Farran SL designs and manufactures all types of cabinets for records of installations, whether electric, gas, telecommunications or water. The various records comply with current regulations, products can be standard or tailor-made for each type of project. Adaptive systems are available for individual records can be integrated into the wall coverings.

Farran SL works manufactures and assembles enclosures (EI) for all types of works. Doors and windows adapted to the new regulations CTE DB-SI (Technical Building Code). We manufacture wooden window frames for each type of project. Also assemble metal security doors that can be RF integrated interior and exterior coatings.

Farran SL assembled coatings SL (EI) for all types of works. Fireproof DM veneered adapted to the new regulations CTE DB-SI (Technical Building Code), arriving to offer B S2 D0. Farran SL works with unique materials for their excellent quality of finish that give it exceptional stability and durability which make it suitable for covering all types of walls in new construction whether or rehabilitation.

Floors and ceilings

Farran SL works, builds and installs flooring and false ceilings (EI) for all types of works. Natural wood flooring, synthetic or bamboo. All of them specially treated to ensure the conditions required in case of fire. We also deal with technological wood, a material that combines recycled wood ??with a polymer resin that protects it from external aggressions.

Fireproof treatments

Farran SL works with different systems of wood treatment for resistance to external agents such as: cold, moisture, sun and fire. Farran SL works with fire retardant treatments using water-soluble salts (non-halogenated) formulated as fire retardants in wood for their exclusive use in an autoclave. The main properties of this treatment are:
 

  •       Does not discolour the wood.
  •       The wood once dry, is completely odorless.
  •       Wood is presented ready for use.
  •      Fireproof wood presents no toxicological hazard for people in case of fire.
     

Treatments are tailored to European requirements for fire retardant treatments, based on:

SBI UNE-EN 13823:2002.

  Flammability under the direct action of the flame according to UNE-EN ISO 11925-2002.

  Determination of calorific UNE-EN ISO 1716-2002.

Laboratories accredited certification highest prestige in our country, while supported by ENAC, may certify our work with the maximum guarantee.
